Paid vacation
21 (twenty-one) work days per year – that’s a fully paid vacation.
With weekends included, it amounts to a whole month. One of the vacation days is fixed and granted when December 31 falls on a workday.
Paid Sick Leave
Up to 15 working days (three calendar weeks) in a year can be used as paid sick leave. No medical certificates are required.
Overtime
A very rare occurrence in our company. They are paid at a higher rate, and an employee can always refuse them.
Probationary period.
During the probationary period, both the employee and the company have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time. It is very rare, but there are situations when this happens at the initiative of the company. We take a serious responsibility. Firstly, this should not be a surprise for a new employee. If something is not going well, we will definitely and repeatedly bring this to the employee’s attention. Secondly, in the event of termination of employment, we will clearly, unambiguously and formally describe the reason for our decision.
